"Forest ground" video clip
Trying something different than in "Smell Your Fingers" or "The Island" video clip making, Candee Train decided to do everything themselves this time: one band member was responsible for filming, another for editing, third one was an actor and so on. This decision was made not only for financial reasons, but for being able to control everything too. A girl's ghost in the forest - it's a visual theme, that should be approached cautiously. One bad move and you end up with a very gothic looking music video, more appropriate for a metal band. Candee Train tried to show death, corpses and ghost in more beautiful, , even slightly sweet looking aesthetic.
Music video was shot in three different locations: at Babtyno-Žemaitkiemio manor forest, already moved out Kaunas' Ministry of Fluxus and nearby lawn besides Kaunas' castle. The funniest scene that had been done - hands ripping vocalist's Agnes' dress. "We invited some friends, that wanted to participate. The position in which they had to film was really unpleasant - they had to be on all fours, grab me not seeing anything and at the same time dirt was dripping on their faces. We almost didn't get good shots, because we laughed all the time", - tells Agnė.
The band is happy with the result they got, but they do not plan to film any music videos soon. "These days a musician has to be also a manager, a designer and a public relations person all in one. We tried to be music video directors too. It is an interesting activity, but in the future we'd like to have even better results, and that is possible only if everyone does the thing they know the best. That's why we are going to concentrate in music and future album recording for now."

"No more Revolutions"
Always influenced by trip hop Candee Train wished to have a song with a rap part in their repertoire. Having finished the instrumental part of this song came long search for a suitable and willing rapper. By a happy coincidence Candee Train and O2 met at one musical competition and this contact helped the song to get it's final form.
Lyrics of the song added to the instrumental part. First lyrics were written by candees themselves and they were exploring people's apathy, boredom, indifference. Later joined Doo says that it wasn't too hard for him to adapt: "This theme is very important to me. A lot of people are doing the same, copying and never creating anything new. They don't fight for any ideas, they don't have their own thoughts, they go with masses. There are no revolutions in their minds. We are all becoming vegetables through this."
Song was recorded and filmed at "Megasonus" studio in Kaunas, and later mixed by our brilliant producer and friend Exhibitor.

Newest single "Forest Ground" from forthcoming album.
"A song about girl's corpse in a forest" - A grotesque introduction is heard in gigs by band's singer Agnė. This however does not represent song's energetic tempo, swift vocals and full bouquet of various little sounds. Members of the band agree that this song changed the most from the first motives played in rehearsals. It took a year and a half and a new genius producer till the composition got it's final form.
A video accompanying the song is yet to be released.

The representatives of loungecore Candee Train released an eight track compilation „Hypnopompic remixes”. Using the material from the „Hypnopompic” album released in 2012 some of the most talented Lithuanian music producers took the opportunity to add up to this project. Songs like „Copperlosers”, „Smell your fingers” that were successfully broadcasted on the radio, including the unheard track „Kiaušinienė” were once again brought to life by the touch of IJO, Golden Parazyth, NRK1, Exhibitor, Shkema and others.

"The Island" video clip
A video clip created by TiltShiftMedia. Released in August, 2012.
Video clip for this song has several symbolical meanings. Firstly the song itself is a landmark of a new candee sound: musical searches leaded the band to include more aggressive elements provided by band's fairly new guitar player Karolis.
"The song and it's video both have more than one layer of meaning" - says band's singer Agnė. "The song speaks about escaping from given reality. It's either escaping in your own thoughts, or literally escaping to the island to drink some wine, where are no bad things, no bad thougts. A some sort of release."
Speaking about metaphors included in the video, Agnė also notes more practical problems, such as change in band's line-up. "We shoot the drummer first. A family member is getting out of the picture and he is replaced by a new mysterious character, who's not yet shown, only his feet are visible. In the end, the death of all members is symbolical, because we won't ever be the same, but we will be reborn musically and visually."
On a date, that happens only once in four years, February the 29th, Candee train released their debut album "Hypnopompic"
Fans will find 11 compositions, some of them new, some of them already presented to the wide public. Among them completely new versions of band's old hits and only a week ago released first single "Copperlosers". All tracks will be available for free download from band's soundcloud and bandcamp pages.
Album's physical appearance is not accidental too. CD is packed in metallic box, resembling a box of candies. Albums artwork is done by young and talented artist Tadas Bujanauskas.

First released single of forthcoming album "Hypnopompic", "Copperlosers" doesn't mean that Candee Train regards themselves as losers, rather describes their wish to improve and not settle with accomplishments.
Acknowledged by National Radio and Television's Alternative Radio station Opus3 (now LRT OPUS) as their summer band of 2010, Candee Train will release their debut album "Hypnopompic" on the last day of winter this year.
"Hypnopompic" - a strange and jolly word is not made up, it actually is a scientific name for s state of consciousness, leading out of sleep. Not accidentally chosen this name accurately represents the mood and sound of Candee Train and their influence on the listener.
